What is Face Fit Testing Training?
Face fit training (Train the Tester) teaches staff how to carry out qualitative face fit testing and confirm whether tight-fitting respiratory protective equipment (RPE) achieves an adequate seal on the wearer's face.

While anyone wearing tight-fitting masks must be clean-shaven where the mask seals to the face, you don’t need to be clean-shaven to attend training. Our focus is on building your skills and understanding of the face fit testing process.
Do I Need to Bring Anything With me?
No—everything you need is provided, including training materials and test kits. If you don’t yet own a face fit test kit, you will need to purchase one before carrying out your own testing after the course.
Can This Training be Done Online?
Face fit tester training is best delivered in person. While some providers offer online options, the practical nature of face fit testing means in-person delivery is strongly recommended to build competence and confidence.
