Frequently Asked Questions
Do I Need to be Clean-shaven to attend?
Anyone wearing tight-fitting RPE should be clean-shaven where the mask seals to the skin, as stubble or facial hair can create a barrier and reduce its effectiveness. However, since this is a training course, our focus is on ensuring you feel comfortable and confident in conducting a Face Fit Test. Being clean-shaven is not a requirement for attendance.
Do I Need to Bring Anything With me?
No, we provide all the training materials and Face Fit Test Kits for training purposes. However, if you don’t already have a kit, you’ll need to order one to conduct your own testing after completing the course. All we ask for are enthusiastic and willing learners!
